The Elephant Charge Zambia is an annual dare devil event that tests your physical strength, navigational skills and team spirit. In a mystery location, a gruelling course is created with off road vehicles going up steep hills, across cliff edges and through ravines to get the fastest time and the shortest route. It has made over $1 million dollars for conservation so far, as well as creating many adventurous memories for all involved.
We are over the moon to donate to the awesome Lady Hogs team in support of their entry. They represent everything we love. A group of 6 fearless women, who balance a passion for conservation and grizzing it out in their 4x4 with a sense of style and femininity. What a great connection to our ethos of creating beauty from brutality!
Lady Hogs have raised $23,809 for conservation through their first 4 Elephant Charges. This year, on their 5th charge, they are looking to raise over $10,000!
You can follow this awesome group of women on their facebook page. You can even take part in their online auction with incredible prizes including flights from Lusaka to Mfuwe and a 2 night stay at the famed Mfuwe Lodge for two people worth $15000, or a 3 night stay in the wonderful Mwambashi River Lodge in Lower Zambezi. Or, if you fancy a visit to Livingstone, then return flights Lusaka/Livingstone for 2 people with 2 nights at Toko Leya and a helicopter flight to soak in the view of the Mighty Zambezi.
Mulberry Mongoose has donated our NEW Rhino and Vegetable Ivory Collection - this means the statement necklace, bracelet and stunning earrings. This design will officially launch on 22nd September for World Rhino Day. However, if you bid on their auction, you will be one of the first to own it!
